I am not very knowledgeable yet when it comes to bikes. I currently bike daily to work 7km one way, mostly flat, mostly on asphalt road with a few curb/road transitions and periodic potholes and cracks and one .75km stretch on a fine gravel path. My current bike is a 15 year old specialized hardrock.

I’m currently looking at the following options to replace my specialized bike:

– Trek FX1 hybrid for $400
– Kona Dewey Hybrid commuter (disc brakes) $450
– Opus Dual Sport 2.0 $425

All three bikes I am looking at are used but appear to be in good condition. I have attached photos of all three bikes for reference.

Which bike of the three is the best option and value for my type of commute?

I’ll let other more experienced people chime in, but I have a Trek 7.2 (which I believe is the modern equivalent of an FX2) and I love it. The FX1 is probably also going to be really good.
