This is a 120mm fork with only 80mm stanchion showing.
Was biking in 1°c temps and noticed my fork was really spongy. I was doing an XC snow loop, so I locked out the fork. I noticed the travel getting shorter and shorter and when I got back to my truck it was like this.
I figured it was an air leak, but my shock pump read 100psi. I increased the pressure to 125psi and no change.
There was/are no noises when compressing it and no obvious oil leaking.
This is a 2019 bike and unsure of service history. I just bought this year and have hardly been on. Previous owner hardly rode the bike.
Thoughts?

Get it serviced.
Ots also easy to do it yourself, you need oil, fork grease and a youtube video
