Trying to decide with a price. Local market of fixed gear is barely existent, so I calling in for help.
Built in April 2021 by me, my first build I’ve put together. Been used throughout that season (about 6 months) after season ended I begun new build from scratch. Since then I rode it like 10 times, 1-2h rides. If not the situation Im in rn I would rather keep it. But I guess its time to let it go 🙂
Nothing creeks, no bents, no loose threads, clean, runs smoothly, teeth in a good shape(both cogs and chainring) Some marks here and there (chain got off once during the skid in first days made few marks on BB and chainstay)

Just doing the research I can tell you that this didn’t cost you 1,700 € to build. In fact blb sells a complete bike of this frame with carbon wheels for only 1,400 €. I’d say you should only sell it for 550 € at most. You have generic parts minus the rims and saddle and the crankset. Not a bad bike by any means but it’s really hard to believe you paid 1,700 £ for this. I only spent about 1,700 usd on my bike and it has enve and a rotor crankset and a carbon wheelset as well so I have a really hard time believing you on that price.
Vipers frames aren’t worth that much anymore, they had a bunch of sales where they sold them for dirt cheap. I picked up a frame with Vision cranks and basically anything else except wheels for 260€, sold just the frame after crit season for 220€ – seattube only cut a little bit.
650-700€
I’d take the saddle and maybe tires off because if people want it they’ll buy it regardless of a cheap tire set and cheap saddle. But I see built bikes all the time go for way less than it cost, it’s just one of those things.
where i’m located, if i saw this for 1,2k i wouldn’t be surprised but might take a while to sell
Best is to keep it as a backup or gift to someone you care 🙂
