So for this month gym challenge we have the Acid Bath but don’t worry I’m not doing the full one it’s only half of the Acid Bath so what that involves is 250 M on the skag 250 M on the r and then finish off with 500 M on the walk Bike this is a continuous challenge so as soon as you start the SK move as quick as you can transition into the r and transition quick as you can into the walk bike so your time from first pill to last pedal check your Instagram for more information and ask your gym team
