The Sirrus X 3.0 (2021) is heavily discounted right now for $700. Which makes it only slightly cheaper than the 2022 model- the 2.0 for $775
This will be my first big girl bike but I already know I want the Sirrus X, I just don’t know which model. I don’t want to pay more than these so it’s between these two. I attached images of their differences in comparison. Thanks!

Components are better on the 3.0 in many ways. Not leaps and bounds, but quality makes a difference in durability and dependability. The 2.0 isn’t a slouch but I’d got for the 3.0 unless you have plans to upgrade parts anyway.
3.0 is like the worst deal on the planet at 1,200 retail. However at 700 bucks, probably tough to beat. I did hear people had some trouble with that microshift advent 1x drive train with the chain constantly coming off. Not sure if thats been solved.
I was gonna buy one except I am right between an L and an XL. The L felt suppeeerr small and the CL felt super big.
But yeah for 700, if it fits, i would buy
