Never seen this before, it’s on all four. I don’t see a problem other than maybe crack propagation. Is this normal?

No big deal, means a little bit of your pad isn’t hitting the rotor like it should.
Just make sure to file off the ridge so that it doesn’t contact the other pad as it wears.
