I have Shimano BR-MT400 disc brake caliper on my MTB. As standard it came with brake pads B03S resin. On a couple of sites I read the new one in line is the B05s. Both these are optimised for dry conditions and since I ride in wet, sand and muddy conditions, I’m looking for pads specially for that.
The old ones wore down pretty fast..

E01S or any other sintered that fit. Check your rotors if they’re compatible with sintered pads.
You’d need sintered, but according to Shimano your calipers are only compatible with resin pads, so you might be stuck with b05s. At least they’re cheap.
If you feel you’ve got decent brake performance maybe look at how you bed your brakes in. When I was looking at how to do it I saw a few variations based on absolute power vs lifespan, so maybe there’s a way to bump the life with that for you?
Other than that, as others have said sintered should be better.
