Delighted to say that Bob is safely in his new London home. As soon as I let him go he scarpered into the bedroom and is regarding me warily from the top of the wardrobe. I'll leave some food out and let him come down in his own time.
Seriously though, I'll always think of him as your Bob Jackson, and I'm just looking after him. May he remain front left on your channel page photo for as long as you have the channel.

Toe clips, the horror 🙂
Bob "Schadenfreude" Jackson.
I would find it similarly difficult to let my 34 year old Raleigh Royal go.
I just got a 1980s Bob Jackson refitted with a new taller stem and a new saddle. I’m itching for a long ride.
I had a frame custom built at Bob Jackson back in 2010, it built into a great bike. I moved it on a few years later but I loved it while I had it.
Lovely looking bike, for my touring bike which is now 39 years old i am still using toe clips and have no reason to change them.👍
That's lovely👌
I feel your pain, just sold my Cannondale which i looked after and cared for 20 odd years, but as one door closes ,another opens. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful bike
No! I love that bike! Hope you're well mate
Nice video but some of us need subtitles
Cool bike off to a new custodian
I prefer to avoid the pain by using upright bars on my racier bikes and adding them to my growing 'ultimate city/casual bike' collection.
