I restored a Kettler some time ago, became one of those „ I am in love with this beater“ kind of projects. Got the whole thing going for about 30€ and an old front rack ad a trade. Sold it for 70€ and regretted it. Here‘s my appreciative upvote from Hamburg!
Colormatched fenders look nice! Are those stock to the frame?
