Welcome everybody it’s Phil here from Sheldon Bosley night we’ve got a property tour for you I’m just walking over the road to get a bit more of the house in so that you can see um we’re in ad Avenue ad Avenue is the um part of the Davidson’s development so we just

Passed Weddington within the neon and we literally just inside the estate there’s only seven or eight houses this direction so that’s where we’re going it’s a modern um only been built just a handful of years ago and it’s ready to go it’s going to be sold with no chain

On this one as you can see it’s a very attractive looking double fronted detached house it’s four bedrooms um there is a driveway and garage in this side um there I’m not going to head that direction cuz there is a car down there that we can’t um start Etc so I’m not
