It doesn’t have mounting holes so I’m not sure how to pull it off. Anyone any ideas?
I need a rack because I have to bring my CPAP machine and Big Battery on the trip (Yep, lots of kg’s)

I can’t see it very well from the picture but it almost looks like you could tap the dropout section to hold an M5 bolt. If it’s just a thick piece of alu I think it would work fine as there are other bikes out there that do the exact same thing. Then swap the seat post clamp for a Salsa seat-lock or similar which has the upper rack bolts.
