What do you think about this tempered frame and tempered as the brand itself?

I plan to replace my 20.5 Sunday StreetSweaper frame. Basically, I don’t like the color anymore (pink purple). And I want a 21 top tube. Is the tempered night child a good choice? The price is actually not bad.
