I hope this is just a gag, but in case you actually use it like this you should know this can and will damage your camera eventually. Those old Nikon F3s go for $300-$500, so you could be out way more than a GoPro would run you

The moment you hit some gravel or pavement that isn’t glass smooth your lens will be destroyed

  3. The state the property was left in by the previous tenant is your REAs problem, not yours.

The REA is required to ensure the property is ‘reasonably clean’ when you move in. Reasonably clean is defined in the residential tenancy act – but you can find [a summary here](https://tenantsvic.org.au/advice/landlord-problems/defending-bond-and-compensation-claims/consumer-affairs-victoria-guidelines/).

It is worth noting however, that if the REA goes out and hires a professional cleaner to clean the property for you – you’ll most likely need to fork out for a professional cleaner when you leave. If you don’t want to do this – then take photos of everything, send the photos with a written description of all the filthiness and take pleasure in telling the REA to get fucked if they ask you to hire a professional cleaner at the end of your tenancy.
