Been seeing lots of these bikes here in Oaxaca, different configurations, 3-speeds, rod brakes, fenders, nice leather saddles, steel racks, or not! All with the double top tubes and semi dropped bars. Can’t ever connect with a brand badge, though. Any idea where these beauties come from? I did see a painting of one that had a Phillips chain ring, for what that’s worth. Thanks!
