Took a bit of luck because I’m stubborn and refuse to do business with big-box stores. I went for a ride and saw a local mountain bike shop, so I stopped in to get some mild adjustments on my brakes to keep them from running these thick ass 2.4 tires. They had these babies sitting on the counter (hence the ziptie job to hold the box with my Stolen Hives on my ride home)
First impressions: I love that, like actual Vans, they immediately got dirty from just touching them 😂 super comfy, and don’t fatigue my wrists when I need to lean forward. For $11.99 they’re a nice upgrade.
