Allright, honorable gents and m’ladies: yes, yes yet another tyre question. Forgive me. I’ll try to keep things short and concise:
Front tyre clearance: 55mm
Rear tyre clearance: 50mm
I don’t mind mixing tyres front/back
Looking for:
Relatively fast on paved roads 30%
Grippy in muddy single track 30%
Buoyancy on soft (beach) sand 30%
Puncture resistance 10%
Tubeless
I’m aware all options will be a trade-off, am very keen to hear your thoughts. Not too impressed by the puncture resistance and grip in mud of my Schwalbe G-One’s. Any ideas?!

Best gravel tire I’ve ever used in the mud is the rene herse manastash ridge. The endurance casing is surprisingly supple and it feels about as fast on the road as my old schwalbe g-ones. I think 700×48 is the largest size they make though.
Race king protection? Vittoria mezcal?
Beach tyres require close to zero knob height for buoyancy. Muddy single track at the other extreme. Even if you put a filetread in the rear and a big knob front, that knob is going to dig in across soft sand and not float across.
I’ve tried a few diff combos/tyres for your mix. I’d just do a big filetread front and rear and suffer/slide across the mud.
