    I suggest a complete headset. It’s a threaded. I would not replace only the broken part. Time for a new complete part. They aren’t that expensive, just the tools are. Maybe see if you have a local coop that can help.

  2. This is the cone of the upper bearing. Just find on with the same thread in good shape and swap it in. The cup and cone are not matched but they will be specific for a size of ball

  3. Good grief what do you have to do to crack the upper bearing cup like that. If the cup failed like that you should probably just swap the whole headset it will probably be cheaper u can get one for like 15-20$

    You can get a new 1” threaded ISO headset for like $15 bucks new. Make sure to measure headtube ID and crown race seat. Either iso or jis
