Im going to change from 11-28 to 11-34 but not sure if my derailleur is SS or GS. Seems can’t find any information on the derailleur itself. Any advice?

It refers to the length of the arm between the two pulleys. The longer it is the more chain slack it’s capable of taking. You can visually compare between the different models listed. This looks like long cage to me.
