Yunist Park on Borshchagovka is one of the most favorite places for residents to walk. An area of 6.5 hectares is equipped with bike paths and alleys, benches, playgrounds and a new lighting system. In the territory of the Yunost park there is an abandoned building of the Green Cinema and a church.

Across the street from the park are the Leipzig Cinema, the Kolibris Market and the Kvadrat Shopping Center.
