Official Enfield Driving Test Route (10.44am)
Huw passed on his first attempt with 3 minor faults
To promote a high standard of driving in which a learner should be capable of adapting to different road and traffic conditions. Our team have agreed not to publish the whole test route. This is due to the fact that learning just the test routes could hinder your driving progression and test routes are subject to change.
We hope this gives learner drivers as well as approved instructors some guidance on what the Chingford test routes are like.

Hey guys welcome back to another video today so today’s learner driver Hugh passed at nfield driving test center with only three minor faults on their first attempt for the viewers that are watching today please do make sure to like share and subscribe and thank you for the continued Support So guys the speed limit on the current road is 40 mph essentially The Examiner took the first exit left at the roundabout as they exited the driveing test center car park and now the current speed limit is 40 mph now the examiner is marking you against progress here
Meaning that you need to drive to the appropriate speed of the road as well as cre keeping the correct following distances with vehicles that are ahead of You the speed limit now changes to 30 mph so the examiner will be expecting you to check your mirrors as you must check your mirrors when there’s a change of speed and then after this The Examiner then instructed my pupil to turn right at the traffic lights now as you can see
Here there were two lanes that are turning right at these traffic lights it is better to be in the left hand lane of the two as the right lane is the overtake taking Lane however if you are in the right lane providing you come back to the left hand lane when it’s
Safe to do so then it’s all well and Good Yeah and then the examiner instructed my pupil to turn right at the roundabout and take the second exit following signs posted towards chant so guys a question for the viewers that are watching today um did Hugh do the correct thing at this roundabout where he chose to take the
Second exit right from the left lane because essentially well he must have right because he passed his driving test but what do you think guys like is this the correct protocol that he was in the left lane of the the two to turn right or do you think he should have been in
The right lane Here And then the examiner instructed my pupil to follow signs poster towards chant which was the second exit so as it was pre 12:00 that means Hugh had to position to the left hand lane and clearly you don’t start with a left signal on approach as that symbolizes to
Other Road us that you’re taking the first exit so once H passed the first exit he then checked his mirrors signaled down for left and stayed in the left lane which was excellent and it is important guys that you do make sure that you signal off at a correct time so
Other Road users that want to join the roundabout can respond to your signal and join the roundabout so there’s no traffic flow and congestion caused remember guys your signals must be correctly timed okay that’s a criteria in the exam Report and then again the examiner instructed my pup to follow sence to cuffley which was again the second exit at the roundabout the next roundabout however was a light controlled roundabout so that means that it’s safe for Hugh to proceed if the traffic light is on Green Yeah and then he followed signs To Go’s Oak which again was the second exit at the roundabout and for the viewers that are watching is this a light controlled roundabout or is this a non-light controlled roundabout and how can you distinguish if it Is Yeah Yeah As you can see there’s a change of speed on the lamp post on the right where it’s 50 mph so my pupil started to make progress and the examiner instructed the pupil to go back around on himself at the roundabout and take the fourth exit The Examiner did advise him on that
Occasion to also get in the right lane quite early as there was a lot of congestion behind the pupil apparently on the test So guys when joining a non-light controlled roundabout do approach it if you are driving a manual vehicle in gear 2 at a convenience speed of approximately 15 mph to 12 mph so you’ve got enough time to assess whether it’s safe to join the roundabout and to eliminate having impulsive stops You N A Oh
