I am having some troubles truing this rear wheel radial. I think it is a low spot, but lowering tension on the spokes in the area does not make it better. Does this mean the rest of the wheel is high spots and those need to be thigtened? The tension is quite equal all around on the drive side spokes. (I have not used tensionmeter, only sound from spokes).
Or could it just be the wheel. No problem truing lateral
