im trying to put juintech brakes on my State bike, and visually it doesnt seem like it would fit? the front brake has wider mount points so it would fit there though.

You need a post mount to flat mount adapter. Maybe the new brake came with it.

You have flat mount brakes. New ones are post mount. Ypu need a post mount adapter, You can find them on Amazon for very cheap. But, yes, they will work!
