Nearly 20 years ago this frame was handmade for me by Don Walker. It was a Japanese keirin-style bike made from Italian steel (I wanted Columbus SL because it’s my favorite steel) in the USA. All the build components were NJS with the exception of the rims. I foolishly sold this bike when money was tight one time, and I still regret it.
