I used my iPhone 12 mini and google maps to find new campground/ hotels. I looked ahead about 3 days at a time but sometimes would decide where I was going that morning.
I originally wanted to head to the Cowboy trail in Nebraska but was talked into take a local highway after grinding away at the dirt below I-80 for a few days.

It’s just a bike ride man, people like you make this seem like such an amazing feat but let’s be real, it’s just hopping on a bike every morning and pedaling. I’m ranting because I’m on a long trip now and the amount of cyclist I see who create stickers, Instagram and even WEBSITES for their bike rides is insane .. it’s not that special?
