I have a road bike now which I use for more intense riding so am keen to turn this single-speed into more of a cruiser/casual bike.
Thinking, of swept-back handlebars, maybe a front rack/panniers, etc. The kind of scandi style, easy for commuting, etc. Save the speedy option for the weekends!
Any thoughts on nice additions/setups for this new style bike?

First thing I’d get for a commuter is a decent set of full length mudguards.
I got mine from SKS. Now I don’t get sprayed up the back and front.
