Changes for is look at the state of these walls look at the way they’re crumbling man no wonder half the state’s down near condemned look at it I For now I know in these few clicks it doesn’t look like much it’s changed but when I go down there this is where the big changes come you know that regeneration program and always Bo splashing money on and [ __ ] talking about it you never saw the action it’s [ __ ] started is
It remember the lovely bit of wasteland the always just sat there empty ain’t [ __ ] empty anymore local regeneration Builders have taken possession of it wow you can tell that’s real secure can’t you anybody want to kids bike like was BS pardon me oh there’s the pub it’s closed now it was open in
2019 but this lot’s getting bulldozed Sergeant yo Sergeant what’s his name let’s is usual suspect still open yes it is just have a walk around his the uh Flats still uh nice as always Ling kids so apparently what the council are doing all the developers are doing is uh
They’re building blocks of Flats on every single bit of green land around the Lakes when they’ completed them they move everyone out of here one that’s what it sounds like to me anyway Lely place isn’t it I grade the walls trying to stop the graffiti try to make it a little bit more
Inhabitable They fit in these doors and Li broken down [ __ ] knows how many times there was a fire in there with somebody [ __ ] mattress but still see the burn damage on the paint work and new is I this place about six coats of paint only need saw that off to stop people getting [ __ ]
Confused yeah old garage block that’s been cooled off declared unsafe we’ll still be able to get access into there when they start the want you it should be an interesting explore if you get the chance h c h right now we’re going to go for a trap B

Do a lakes estate re visited 🤔
It’s good to document this AP because when it’s all gone your videos of the Lakes shop area will be all that’s left – Your videos will be one for the ages, history in the making. It’s sad to see how it was run into the ground as I lived there in the early 1980s everything bit by bit is slowly going in MK nothing lasts and I hear the point is now heading in the same direction and plans are to go ahead soon with taking that down 🙁
My great grandfather own this land then sold it for them to build the lakes estate on he used to drive a Morris minor pick up around the land to keep an eye on his live stock
Easy to criticise the planners, the ethos of building such a place. But, the Lakes gave affordable homes to the poorest. Post WW2. The occupants should never be looked down upon. Did you choose your parents, country or economic background?
Credit to you. This really is an excellent example of the crisis we face in this country. Inequality of wealth. Unfair taxation. Richest pay less than the poorest. But, blame migrants, trans or any other minority scapegoat😱
One more bit they've started work on is a square-shaped grass area south of Water Hall School
