Newbie here just bought a used bike I was really excited about.

Trying to find a diagnosis/solution on the video I posted. It seems the right brake pad is dragging pretty hard on the rear rim.

First I tried adjusting the screws on the brakes to loosen up that pad but it seemed to make no difference. Then I tried adjusting the barrel adjuster on that brake lever to allow for more slack. This didn’t seem to solve anything either. What am I doing wrong here? What can I try next?

    Are you sure the little spring that keeps the pad away from the week is engaged with the arm? If so, take undo the bolt on top and add some grease to the pivot surface, this may help it move more freely, these brake systems are temperamental cause both arms have to have the same spring force and sometimes they just don’t
