I am no pro, i just got the bike today, it’s a used bike. When i tried it, it was fine, then my dad tried the quick release to take apart the front wheel. After he put it back on, the bike feels heavy and it made noise when i ride it. tried to fix it by loosening the quick release, im not sure if its the right thing to do. The wheel seems wobbly but run smoother. What should I do?

Quick release should always be tight with wheel centered in fork ends. Your wheels appears out of true, and your brakes appear set up too tight
Simple fix. Buy a spoke wrench or have a bike shop do it.
I reckon your wheel is out of true. Go get it trued at a bike store.
