What model is it? Diamondback has some good bikes, but they also had a period of time with a lot of low-quality big box store bikes as well.
ask for a frame size. Worth it if the frame size is good for your dad. Just need a service and saddle replacement. It’s a price for a pure frame, so worth it imo
It depends on a couple of factors. Frame size is important and you can ask the seller to provide it. If he can’t, then it’s usually not a good sign. Look up the model of the bike if provided. You can get a lot more information about the bike on forums or YouTube reviews. By looking at the picture, it looks like a pretty good bike, it has a tapered headtube, disc brakes and a 1by drivetrain.
