Hello and welcome to another episode it is Saturday and we have made it to Sunny scun I say Sunny skun because quite frankly it’s been horrible the last few days and it’s not actually raining it’s quite bright it’s quite nice uh We’ve made it to the outskirts of the town

Which we believe is probably going to be that way uh and we’ve come across a pub called the honest lawyer so that’s going to be stop number one yeah this good little place to start nice little sort of micro Vibe style place um got the football on screens around

Lab’s drinking a a good little find on the outskirts of the Town that’s a nice little place to start actually on right on the edge of town so walking down the road towards town now we have stumbled across something called larvo uh didn’t show up on the list of pubs uh but it

Looks like it’s like a cocktail bar kitchen Lounge type place so we’re going to go and shck this one out this not very nice nice very modern looking look got the the blossom trees Decor all around it’s quite a a Swanky sort of Date Night feel type place it’s nice

That’s a a nice little like yeah be a really nice little date night place right St really friendly uh the blossom trees make it look gorgeous it gives a really nice environment so we’re walking still up towards the uh the Town Center bit we walk for 2

Minutes again and we’ve just turned left down a little side street where we get Parky steelt Town bar uh which is stop number three free for the night nice really nicely decked out it’s got really nice uh like chest to build sofas wooden Vibe and stuff have a look this is uh

Well worth the little walk up the side street so far we’re quite liking scum field to be honest it’s it’s clean it’s tidy everyone’s been friendly it’s certainly cheap so far we’ve not had a round that has been particularly pricey so far uh which brings us now to stop

Number four then for the day thus far and we found the spoons and it’s called the blue b in so uh stop number four weather spoons is busy busy busy in this spoon barely a spare table we manag to find about to clear it ourselves about sit down but uh busy

Good service with quick star and polite top marks WEA spones walk down the side street from weather spoons took us past Lola’s cocktail bar which looks like it’s closed with private party uh and brings us to showman sports bar s pool darts licensed bar licensed bar is

Enough for me standard pool Soka Club cheap prices um yeah plenty of uh plenty of tables and stuff going on so yeah it’s uh it’s all right so we’ve come to the furthest sort of point away from the tan again now up the side street uh same side street at

The sports bar on to a green King pub called The Royal which looks really nice uh 4minute walk up here uh from the outside it all looks good going to the green King look about it’s a Nice they all look the same the green Kings don’t they pretty much but they always have a decent food menu prices are always reasonable uh as always play his space and stuff to sit down they’re all right to me I like we like green King PS uh and this was yeah about 4

Minute walk up uh it’s quite busy proba night englands have just kicked off in the rugby so hopefully we’ll get to see some of this as we go along and hopefully we’ll be celebrating a shock Victory right that is the fing games and the the outskirts bit D and Dusty we are

Now back towards the actual town center part of SC loads of Kebab houses pizza places something smells really good as well one of these R chicken places uh so stop number seven is class six which looks a lovely old building uh in we go yeah I’m really impressed with this in

Here again it’s just a nice bu it’s obviously an old pub with like nice brick work and stuff um I been you like with nice brick work and and everything uh plenty of screens around for the sport and stuff but nice feel to it it’s got an upstairs bit as well with some

Seating there’s a roof Terrace though I didn’t go out cuz it’s cold uh you know but everyone’s really friendly so far everyone in scum for has been absolutely bang on really friendly um don’t judge me I’m drinking Carling black fruits not Carling lger I won’t drink Carling ler

Carling black fruits cuz it gets cheap uh most for a half uh so the two of us most rounds are around four quid at the moment cheap chips for a night out in scunny VI an early vibe in scunny seems to be private parties so we just walked

Past what Boston Brothers which was our next Port call us we thought uh and much like lers across the road it’s uh it’s got private party stuck on the windows so we can’t get in there uh maybe we’ll get in there later there a private party

Finish it’ll have to be open later but scunny is a late a late opener donc cter everything was party party party by like 2:00 in the afternoon here uh it’s coming up for it must be coming up for half 8 and and yeah a lot of a lot of

Places haven’t opened yet um there’s quite a few still shot for private parties it’s just a bit don’t know it hasn’t really kicked in yet to the party time but we’re having a nice time we’ll carry on going the road from where that uh Boston Brothers was said we’ll try

We’ll try doing that later uh the next Port call that we’re going to try is going to be the black door pretty unique to be fair it’s quite a nice it’s um you can probably see all behind me all the um what you call them luminous like highlighter type

Glowin the- darkk Vibe but yeah look at the table so this is the vibe of the place but you know what I really like that it’s um type type of fair where it’s something a bit different you don’t often see like the graffiti effect uh and stuff like that in the place so

There’s a a real eclectic mix of people in here and stuff as well uh and it’s just yeah it’s just fun this is good fun we like the black door this G well played different yeah to be absolutely loves it in a black door uh it’s it’s the right mix of dive bar

Rock Bar uh and and everything else so yeah we actually really liked it in there uh so across the road brings us to our next Port call which is schnaps uh not really sure what to me it says Sports Lounge Sports Lounge not bar Sports Lounge and

Nightclub you know I love a good nightclub it’s a big old roomy place this I see what they’re going for like uh that bit over there in the dark look is where they have a nightclub type Vibe uh later on so the rest of the thing you’ve got like sports yeah Sports there

Are screens around bits and pieces things like that it feels a bit empty at the moment cuz I do think this is a late start in town not an early yeah so we had a we decided to go for a VK in here and uh they tipped him into plastic cups

Oh I hate that I absolutely hate that it’s it’s it’s a weird one that snaps cuz it’s obviously a nightclub and stuff later uh it’s nice they got the sport and things on but it’s a weird turnover like it’s all plastic glasses which I I

Just don’t like at all um and it’s a bit that’s the only place so far where sort of people where we’ve been in that felt a little bit rude and or obnoxious um bit strange but it wasn’t offensive good place to watch the sport C certainly uh

But just over the road from there is our next portol which is this it’s too bright to get anything on the marry Rose B is on next one so the idea the marry Rose obviously is a very famous ship inside light the inside of a ship big

News that I want to share with you the big news vodka and Coke so we both have a vodka and Coke in here £150 and at 11 £150 each 3 quid I love scun I [ __ ] L I love it so again it looks like places have been

Shot for private parties the penny Penny Black Penny Penny Black not opening till 10 uh so but it looks like people are in there so it must have been a private party on so we’ve wandered as far down on the side TR as you can and we come to

The tavern uh well hopefully I’ll to catch the last five minutes of the r benger boys S Club 7 and everything else you can possibly want from some kind of cheesy party uh craft Union P so three blue wickets for six qu EXA what we like they stuck

Plastic straws in them though not seeing that yet not fan if I can’t have a normal STW in McDonald’s I don’t want one to be Wicked in the craft Union PB so that’s a little walk down another side street I mean that’s a craft Union bar and it it shocked me they didn’t

Have the rugby on at all England the World Cup semi-final which was a bit strange um yeah the party Vibes definitely going in there that’s the first time we found a real party atmosphere uh three Wicked six squares you know but a little walk up the side

Street brings us to one that said it was in the Town Center I don’t know called Highfield house which looks a big sprawling old building and the front door is here Holly was wanding around going with the front door but the front door front door is here so back outside

Again so it’s a Samuel Smith Pub and out of respect for the L who who was absolutely Lovely by the way she was absolutely she was absolute Diamond she asked me because this is on a stick and it really does want to put it in Pocket

Looks like a knife or a gun he like can I ask you what have you got in your pocket it’s a far I put it in your pocket because it says obviously no filming and stuff like that but out of respect for her and for for whatever

They’ve asked I I obviously didn’t get out to film anything in there but it is beautiful it’s a massive building snooker table two pool tables there’s a Bowling Green There’s an actual Bowling Green just here and this is just such a it’s such a gorgeous building um yeah

Lovely people lovely Vibe I I can’t dislike it as much as I want to because you can’t film with your phone and stuff in there I can’t it’s it’s a lovely Place lovely people yeah I mean do get it we get it we get it we get it but

Yeah just look at this from the side though look at this what stunning building right so we’ve walked it’s a little bit out of town again but you come to a really big Corner building called the Lord Roberts which Google said was shut but it certainly doesn’t look shut

There’s a dorm in there staring at me as though it might be shut though but I’m going to I don’t know but it doesn’t look shut so hopefully we haven’t walked out here for nothing it looks lovely this looks nice we’ll see huge big Old Pub this uh obiously have some live

Music and stuff on up in the up in the back but this is a massive great Pub uh Lots going on Dorman D’s already St fell he’s in the photo if you see the photo he’s in the photo uh yeah really good I’m glad and I’m glad uh I’m glad that

We walked out to it Google said it was shut you can’t listen anything Google say can’t listen anything Google says we walk back towards the the rest of the Town coming from the far bit and this one we walk past there the penny Bank uh and we were told uh they weren’t letting

Inste a private part something on they were opening at 10: uh 10: p.m. it’s now just gone 11:00 p.m. and despite the door saying they open till 2:00 a.m. they’re went toly shut so yeah bit of a weird one scny bit of a weird one uh whatever this is opposite Cafe something

Is that was vibrant earlier is now shot as well so we’re going to keep walking back into going to keep walking back into the town then but yeah this one is definitely Penny bank which we were quite looking forward to it been recommended um uh yeah door uh door

Thing just here I know you can’t really see it but that definitely says Saturday 2: a.m. but they was truly shut so I don’t know so we can’t speak about the rest of the town or everything else is open but we have now come across bar retro which is definitely open uh so

We’re going to do that holl need we so she moan that me so bar retro I love it but then I love all retro bars and things like that it’s why um I um I absolutely love the the entire of anything you know I’m all over it so

Yeah I’m I’m happy in it I’m happy in it so I’ve come out of wherever we came out I got retro which we loved I love that uh and we’ve got back to Boston Brothers which we can get in now the private part is finished so Boston Brothers for

Definite um and we’ll see where we go from there GL we got in here have a look around it I really like little uh little bars and stuff like this so this used to be the peak apparently as well yeah we’re um we’re yeah we’re a big fan yeah

I really like it yeah it’s great is it so this is definitely this definitely some yeah private party shot earlier so we’ve got in but it’s so weird for private parties it’s SC for so weird right so that’s us 15 pubs one day not bad you know uh it’s it’s weird it’s a

Weird vibe with how many private parties there are like during the evening and stuff like that we could get into um but all now we’ve actually we’ve enjoyed scunthorp I would say wouldn’t you I would say as a whole we have enjoyed scunthorp a little bit weird vibe at

Times in places but as a whole we’ve really enjoyed it um and and I mean I have to take people at their words but this is not scum thoughts best Kebab this is the UK’s best Kebab it categorically says so on a sign so this is where I’m signing off uh
