I have been mtbing for a while now and bought a new MTB last year to replace my old 2000’s bike. But now I’m moving closer to a large paved trail system and I’d like to take advantage of it with a road bike so I can build some endurance for the trails on my mtb during the winter, and the off days that I don’t want to load my mtb on the car to get to the trails.

I’ve been looking at used road bikes around the $500-$800 CAD range and stumbled on a 2013 Cannondale CAAD10. It’s a 56, and I’m 6’1 so it should be the right size. Seller has taken great care of it, and it comes with 105 drivetrain. It’s $750CAD. Is this a good deal? Should I be considering something else? TIA (Picture is just a reference pic off google)
