I’m open to suggestions from valves to suspension upgrade path.

To make a bike work for me, I need my handlebars, saddle, stem, grips and my set of brakes of choice (Hope V4 or Code Ultimate).
Then I’ll give a chance to the tyres, if they’re not that good I would swap them for a fresh set of Michelin tyres.
Some decent pedals and that’s about it. The spec looks pretty comprehensive and I don’t understand these people who buy a bike only to replace all the parts immediately at twice the cost of the bike. If you want to upgrade just do it when the parts break (it’s a MTB so that’ll definitely happen). For now just ride it and enjoy. Edit: also set it up tubeless so you don’t get snakebite punctures.

I bought one back in May. Requires zero upgrades. Great bike.
The only things I’ve considered upgrading is the crankset because it shipped with Praxis cadets not Deore XT and rims because carbon rims would be nice.
TBH though the praxis crankset works fine and I’m having trouble finding 27.5 carbon wheels for a half decent price so it will likely stay stock until something breaks.
Make sure you check it over or get it checked over thoroughly. Mine came with brakes needing a bleed, poorly adjusted chain guide and a loose cassette lock nut, and that’s after it went through the dealer.
Edit: oh and the bars are super wide at 820mm. I ended up with them cut down to 790mm.
Edit 2: the stock tyres are half decent. I’ve replaced the rear but only because I holed it beyond repair. Replaced with a 2.35” Maxxis Aggressor because it’s summer here right now. Will likely swap both front and rear out for something more aggressive when winter kicks in.
Get some pedals and save the rest in case you need a more suitable saddle and grips. Also it says tubeless ready but you probably want to check and see if it actually comes tubeless. If not, buy some valves and some sealant. It’s extremely simple to set up.
