Hey!
My bike does not shift like it should be, so I tried to adjust it. But doesn’t matter what I do, it sounds like this(Video) and does not shift properly.
The components are: https://www.cannondale.com/de-de/bikes/road/gravel/topstone-alloy/topstone-2-c15702u
Hope someone could help me.
If you need some more photos, etc. let me know(:

  1. Oh also good to know: It shifts to a lower gear (not clean, but it does shift) but it does shift eben badder from lower gear to higher gear.

I’d wager the b-link isn’t resting on the Hanger’s tab properly. Turn the clutch off, back the b-screw out, unthread the derailleur from the hanger a little, and when threading it back in, make sure to the little peg on the b-link rests on that tab. After that, the b-screw should do stuff.

  3. OP, your derailleur isn’t in the right place/angle.

Look at the picture of the bike you provided. You can clearly see the derailleur NOT touching the frame and the chain being on the smallest cog. Yours is touching your chain stay. No bueno.

If the B screw “isn’t doing anything” first make sure it’s resting in the right spot on the hanger. My money is that it’s not resting on anything, so screwing in the b screw just sends it further…nowehere. It should push on the tab but in a more secure fashion than this:
