  1. As a general rule if you’re between 2 sizes go with the smaller one (it’s also what Canyon recommends). You’re within both criteria for the S frame and your inseam is shorter than recommended for M. Since you have a proportionally long torso you might be more upright than designed on the S but that’s far preferred to potentially not being able to reach the pedals comfortably on the M.

  2. I mean you are going to test them so don’t worry? But definitely go with the smaller one based on this chart alone. Your legs seem to be too short for M and it’s a general recommendation to go with the smaller size if you are in between sizes.
