Couldn’t say without knowing what the current width of your tyres are. You still need to allow for clearance for flex in the wheel as well, to avoid rubbing the inside of your chainstays. So it doesn’t look like you can go significantly wider.

Easiest way to find out is look on the manufacturers website for the max wheel width. Most manufacturers will have this info in the spec sheet section.
Or you could make your frame to where your current tire sits , remove the wheel and measure it yourself. As others have stated you still want clearance for tire flex
