Cable tie to the front-centre of your bars?
If you can, mount by the horn not the can. Then you can swap cans more easily. Strong rubber bands or the like might be best.
They make ones with refillable tanks and controls separate from the tank. Tank in frame bag or bottle cage, horns on fork, remote on bars like a bell. Or check out AirZound. Not as deep of a sound but definitely loud.
Duct tape, air can, forehead. Fucking easy
They make handlebar cup holders. I think that would be the cheapest and most reliable way to get this done.
