Weird, looks like it’s under the clear coat. If so, I’d be trying to get warranty. If you zoom in it seems like there’s a bunch of bubbles and imperfections in the clear coat. Doesn’t look good for quality control on their part
Do you have a vinyl protector on the top tube? Like ride wrap etc.
It looks like it’s under vinyl film to me.
If it’s in the paint you could try to clay bar it out. I can’t really tell from the photos.
i bought it as is. I can’t tell if there’s a film
