The stuff on their is the green Shimano premium grease, from what I can see

Locktite 242 is what I would use if there is no thread lock already on there.
Edit: just checked manual also. It doesn’t call anything out so I stick with locktite 242 if there isn’t already treatment on there. Calls out 12-14 Nm alternating tightening.
