I have these open brazed-on brake cable stops on my frame, of 4 mm diameter and 5 mm length, and am looking for the specific ferrule that takes a standard 5 mm brake cable housing and extends the cable snug into that cable stop, as you can see from my drawing. Does anyone know how to find that specific part, preferably in Germany š thanks

Just commenting here as a reminder to check.
I think this is what I need to be able to put housing across the exposed rear brake cable below my top tube, so whatever your solution is will help us both!

Campagnolo stepped ferrules. The housing is known as a “Diver’s helmet”.
