I was gifted an old beat up 80’s Peugeot by a friend’s dad and decided to build it up as my first ever fixie. Only the frame, fork, and bars are original, everything else was broken beyond repair anyway. It’s been a blast so far, and I love the character of the bike. This is now probably my most fun bike and is absolutely my most beautiful.

Looks dope, and bonus points for rocking a front brake.
The beautiful thing about vintage conversions is that each one *is* original, because no two old frames are gonna be exactly the same, you could meet someone who converted the same bike from the same year in the same colorway and it’s gonna look different, because it got ridden differently and probably had different components that needed replacing. It’s a surefire way to get something totally unique.
Now ride the hell out of it.
