How unsafe is this on a scale of 1 to 10? With 1 being as safe as a stock stem and 10 being all but a guarantee that this $30 monster breaks or pulls out of the headtube?

Bought or made? If you bought from a known manufacturer, I’ll ride it.
Tell your family the manufacturer or person who made it, just in case.
I would put it at about an 8. So many failure points, and so much leverage that could easily break stuff.
