  1. Hey Scooby , a big fan cheers for all your hard free work and advice you share and try to help as many people as you can!I am not sure if I have to ask you here but since I think it is a topic most that is not wide known or talked about in bodybuilding and training matters I would be grateful if you can share some light on it.So from some months I started working out again and since I know the exercies what I want to do and how to shred a muscle group I try to stay motivated and to give myself 110% on the training.Soarness comes after all the muscle groups I do and so on but now as I gain more muscle mass I have an interesting problem. When I shred my muscle fibers and then reconstruc them again thicker basically this is how muscles grow, they get ticker. So when I do that escpecially on big muscle groups the next day I feel my kidney ache.I made the research and consulted a doctor and of course they said I had too much dead cells from the muscle contruction and high levels of pee acid (not sure how this is in english sorry 🙂 ).They told me not to train and that's it.I was wondering since I am fat and I am sure I do not have nearly as much muscle mass as you how do you keep that levels low and continue training and what can I do to keep training but keep my kidneys safe.Rhabdomyolysis is the name of the condition I think.

  2. I am living in a small village close to Baden and really wanted to cycle along with you for a few kilometers on your first day (and bring you a protein bar), but somehow your tracker didn't seem to work. There was an error message. A real pity! Would have liked to have a chat!

  3. Why haven't you gotten a chest harness for you cam yet? Did you really hold that camera the entire ride? What do you do when you have to swirve unexpectedly? Swirve? Swurve?… No…. Swerve??? I hate english so much.
