  1. Assessing tooth wear from pictures is pretty much impossible unless it’s extremely worn and assessing tooth wear from pictures with a low a resolution as these is impossible. You should measure the chain wear/stretch and assume the chainring & cogs are worn to the same degree.

  2. Looks okay but used to me, I would fully degrease and clean the drive train. Add a new chain with a good lubricant and then check the rear derailer alignment and adjust it if needed. Then go on a ride and see how the shifting performance is and if there is any chain skipping.
