Will be ridden 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours just to stay in shape. 80% paved path, 10% street, 10% gravel. Pretty much narrowed it down to these 4. Wanting 1x drivetrain, little wider than typical hybrid tires, best bang for your buck components. I don’t ever plan on competing and honestly I don’t even track my time or speed. Biking is the only exercise I don’t hate and it’s a nice break from 3 little kids a couple times a week. I could take it on dirt paths every now and again but not frequently. There are some big hills so lighter is nice.
It was raining out so I only got to putt around the shop on the Sirrus. L felt tall stand over (5’10 w/ 30″ inseam). I did like the Future Shock stem.
Marin felt better geometrically but again, raining out.
Going to try out the Treks today but you guessed it, raining again.
