I am a bit unsure which screw it is. If it is the bleed port there is usually a small o-ring and this could be broken. Be aware if taken it apart oil will start to drip from both the caliber and hose. It may be an advantages to take off the caliber.

There should be a screw right were your finger is pointing. Try to thighten it. Should be around 2,5 Nm but don’t take my word. Under the rubber seal is the bleed port and the screw on the side opens it. Maybe there just was some residue from a past bleed .

If that’s the bleed valve then the screw needs tk be tighter a bit more. You want it tight but not too tight you would crush the olive inside
