I’m pretty stoked on this [UDH conversion kit from 5dev](https://ride5dev.com/products/specialized-transmission-gravel-road) for Crux, Diverge, Roubaix and possibly Tarmac. But it bothers me that I need to buy the whole group. I’ve contacted a local fabricator/CNC shop with bike industry experience that says they could design and manufacture a conversion kit. Would anyone be interested in buying just the conversion kit from me if that was an option? If so, what would you be willing to pay for the kit?

The amount of people wanting to upgrade their Eagle or XPLR setup on Specialized bikes is going to be tiny. I also wonder how warranty will work if you crash and destroy the frame as it isn’t designed for UDH.
