Drinks uh they all get like demolished the vibration breaks the tablets so if anyone knows a good way they come in like a tube it’s like a long tube of tablets and you basically break them up and put them in your drink and they put the salts
And all the stuff that you need when you perspire back in the water so you can put it back in your system God I’m so out of breakfast this morning normally when once I get going and warmed up it takes a little while for to kind of get in
It C that’s a good idea I was trying to work out what to put in the chips the balls ah yeah and just remove them and put them into a bag as the tablets like yeah cuz you need a little bag but yes the one thing maybe a b a
String it’s pulling them out I need to put a string on the lid then or something so you put it in and then as you pull it it releases them but it’s to keep them tight cuz they vibrate and they just end up as powder so oh look his little squirrel

Better Bluetooth device it’ll probably fix the problems but I bought this just to try it out so that’s where the rumbling is coming from the problem I’ve got if I’m using the camera on the handlebars then the the and I’m using the microphone on the camera on my chest then there’s there’s sink
Problems uh but may I’ll try it maybe we’ll try we’ll try around with it and see what happens I was trying the Bluetooth in my ear but that was not working 100% it’s just trial and error mate until I get it perfect right let’s see where no brakes is

But for me I need to I need to push up the anti on the on the miles I’m doing but I’m taking this Scotland this Scotland uh trip very very seriously and I know that I’ve got to be a lot fitter to do land enter J gropes
And the only way I’m going to achieve that is by putting in the miles and getting used to it so what I need to be doing I don’t have to do 60 m a day but there’s no harm in training and if you’re watching this and you’re sitting indoors and you’re out of
Breath when you reach the top of the stairs if you can get on a bike or even just get out and go for a walk go for a slow walk take an hour just going for a nice little W somewhere couple of hours if you got the
Time if you haven’t got the time in the week do it on the weekend every weekend or twice a week that’s what I do if I can and just get out there and you’re going to hurt and you’re going to go oh my God but that means you’ve got fit if
You’re hurting you’ve worked muscles you haven’t worked before that’s good don’t think of that as a negative thing that means your muscles have gone oh I need to build bigger and then now now hurting cuz they’re going to grow so let give them a bit of rest and then get
Back out there and do it again and they’ll hurt even less and then have a rest do it again and then keep doing it until your muscles don’t hurt anymore and then you can just go out and enjoy yourself you’ll be able to breathe better you’re definitely going to enjoy
Food that little bit more cuz uh you don’t have get a bit of a hunger when you work out or exchange that another gear but I love getting outside and looking at some of this country side look at that now if I went back 5 year ago there
Is no way I would if you said to me oh you’ll be cycling doing some of this I’ll be like I don’t think so I’m getting too old for that and now my mind my mindset is completely different and all these youngsters playing on their Xboxes go out with your mates go for
Little Adventures just take care be safe and uh do what we were doing when we were kids I don’t think we spent any time indoors when we were kids this is probably one of the steepest Hills on this route but if we’re going to Canterbury there’s a

Week I want to do Oxford and some other places though so I can’t wait for the warm weather to come so I can go through London out the other side and and go and see what’s over that side of the country but I need to just get a little bit
Fitter cuz I just need to be able to push a little bit harder for a little bit longer to get some of these places otherwise I’m just going to get stuck short of where I need to be and it’ll get dark so you think I’ve got to get up
Start cycling get through London out the other side finding places that I can camp uh out the other side of London otherwise I’m going to be kind of riding in the dark but but I’ll probably be a bit cheeky if you can find if you can find some of the Richer
Places and that around places so if you’re going through the countryside and you find some of the the bigger properties I might be cheeky and just say excuse me would you mind if I camp on your land for the night which is a bit safer than uh oh cycling camping
Uh in fields and Orchards woods and stuff like that s I think the difference between myself and the other cyclist that passed us one he was on a racing bike he’s got his bottle of water or maybe a couple that’s all he had it’s just him and a very
Lightweight bike whereas I got two paa bags on the back you’ve got two bottles of water in the back same as this you got one on the front uh I’ve got a hot thermos FL full of tea got all my snacks on the front I think I’m a bit more kind
Of don’t have to really stop I’ve got all my food and drink I need on me morning fing H lyx Africa turn left onto sheppy way now the sun’s come up it’s actually taking that chill off my face but well aware if we don’t get to Canterbury in good time with time to

And I didn’t realize how much I’d miss cycling I cycled probably up until the age of 26 so my mission now is to go out cycling enjoy myself bring you lot along with me cuz there’s a lot of people that watch my streams or used to watch my
Streams uh when I was gaming that were bed bound or unable able to get outside say just come on the journey with me uh but for everyone who can even if you’re in a wheelchair my inspiration is to get out there and get fit there’s loads of things you can buy
Now adaptions for Wheelchairs and mobility scooters and you name it get out there and let’s get fit together not just Fitness physically but mentally as well like being out and about good for your mental health that’s a pretty house oh okay the hill the rolling ended in It [Applause] he didn’t even say thank you what is the world coming to out of the oh my God you W me up and then after a couple of days well a couple of times have a rest go back out again it hurts again and just keep

Bag uh you’ve got my wet gear and that in there so I’m probably carrying a few K kgs on the back I haven’t got any on the front as of yet but I’m going to have bags on the front and bags on the back and a tent and everything else
There going to be a lot more weight when we do Scotland so we just have to take it easy I let all these go past all right there we go oh there’s a hill up through there that I wonder if I got through the woods if that kill
Me I want to really want to go up through the woods but I just know it’s going to be really muddy but yeah I don’t know we have to weigh the bike mate to be quite honest that’ll probably be the best way of doing it see how many kgs I’m

Shortcut in a minute we cut through here we go down through uh down for the creek out the other side or we can go all the way around it’s telling me to cut through so if we cut through here you’ll see where I’m going to go this this takes a massive
Cuts that massive housing estate off anyway you are sure I’ll find the longest route oh but down through here is quite nice the place in can I found along the river was amazing I could have probably stayed there for a few hours it was that nice

They’ve removed that and they’ve put like a a dinet set up so you’ve got like a chair facing a chair so the table had been chopped in half and uh they put a hook on the wall to hook one side of it and left the legs on the other side side well that’s
Fine but then it makes it single use so there was a there was a table in really good condition same color as my motor home would have been CU they were made by Swift uh I’ve got a swift although it’s on a well it could
Be a fat A Renault or a PUO box box frame or whatever it’s on but uh yeah the tables they’re like anywhere between 100 and 200 quid for a secondhand table and it was absolutely perfect this table and I was like looking around to try and
See who owned it so I could knock on the door and say excuse me have you thrown this out and if they said yeah I would have said would you mind holding it and I’ll come back tonight and pick it up and I throw them a couple of quid for it
I don’t mind putting a bit of quid in there got a few quid in their pocket to say thank you to holding it and that but uh yeah I couldn’t find out it was so when I I shot down with the Sun that evening to go and see if it was still
There and uh I would have just remanufactured it and it would have matched my motor home perfectly but now sadly it had gone and I think they probably left it out for the scrap man so it just went for scrap which is such a waste cuz you can’t buy the tables brand
New anymore because they don’t make them to match the old style vans so you have to buy some it more modern it just doesn’t just doesn’t look right so but oh well it’s one of those things is it my mom always used to say it’s not meant to
