No. You need a hacksaw.
That’s a wood saw. You need a hacksaw as other mentioned. Much finer saw teeth. Or get a pipe cutter will get a nice straight cut and cleaner edge. Best of luck.
Don’t use a hacksaw. Pipe cutter is the only tool for this job.

This is a wood saw, it won’t work. Before cutting it, keep in mind that you can’t “uncut it” so think twice. 27-28 seem to be the most common bar size. I bought a second hand set of bars cut down to 25.5 not so long ago and I absolutely hated it.
I also can’t stand the sight of grips sitting on the bends (I’m having flashbacks from 2004 when we all rode 7 inch bars cut down to around 23 and considered it normal) so that must’ve added to it.

Everyone already said the tool you need but have you checked for a local bike shop near you? They likely have the tools to do it and wouldn’t charge much if anything.
My Local shop didn’t even charge me when I wanted mine cut so I just bought some products and kept buying through them to make up for any free labor they gave me. Support your local bike shop lol

Take it to a shop. They can help you very very quickly
No. Just buy a pipe cutter. Easier to get tidy than a hacksaw.

You want a pipe cutter for something like chromoly steel. It scores the piece repeatedly until finally cutting through
Most local hardware stores are happy to do it for a small free, maybe just emphasize that perfect symmetry is important
