Slide right now guys we’re going to be touring a two bed and two bath configuration which means that the person in this room has a roommate so without further Ado let me see you guys the good stuff so right over here we have the one and only island with a kitchen the kitchen

Actually comes with shelves and three closets which are really convenient if you have all for your roommates who cook next one over here we have a dishwasher we have shelves over here under your Island then come over here we have a great sofa area which is given to you by

North District a couple tables and it’s a table to put your TVs or whatever on next come over here I’ll show you guys how the room looks like so in here this is how the shared configuration looks like this is my area this actually where I am and this is how

A setup would usually be you have a table chair two closets underneath are about this big and then over here you have a closet a lot of space to store obviously it is midterm season so I am going through a little bit so bear with me now we have the bathroom

Area over here you can see there is a sink there is a whole armentarium of place to put your stuff and some cabinets underneath as well next up we have the bathroom which is pretty spacious it has two places so each of your roommates can

Put there towels up of course a toilet a trash can that’s provided not byri but you have to get one and one thing I want to know as well while I’m here that you do have to buy a shower prate so know but overall pretty great

So now guys we’re going be play the four bed and four bath configuration over here in no District the four Brad and four bed configuration is honestly really really well done so I want to show you guys what it is so over here we have the room this is actually a full-size bed

Along with a full table just like the double bed has and of course a monitor shout out to my friend Iceberg entertainment then of course we have the closets right here the closets have really spacies and they’re actually a tiny bit bigger than the ones the two bed to Bath

Configuration next I’ll show you guys how the living room looks like so right here we actually have a fulls sizee sofa two tables and a full dining table as well then of course we have the TV area which of course TB is not provided unfortunately but next we have the

Dishwasher in the entire kitchen which is actually a little bit bigger than the one in two B configuration and one good thing about this that they should have four cabins instead of three over here we actually have a bathroom which is really spacious it’s very similar to the

Two bed two bath next we have the bathroom the bathroom is a lot more spacious as well and it’s really really spacious so you can be the most comfortable as you can be all right guys so now we’re outside my apartment one thing that District actually has that

Probably has one of the best places if you’re a type of a guy that wants to chill and relax so let me give you guys a tour of what it has to offer on the outside patio so right now it’s you on the seats right around the laundry area

Which I’ll show you guys in a bit but the main thing that really makes my the places best places to be at is The Hammocks over here if you’re like me and you love the swings back in elementary school this is actually for you there’s

About like four or five of them or so and honestly they’re really fun to use and I use them honestly when it’s during midterm dur and finals to distress so over here guys one of the best things that district has is that there’s a sort of Pao are right next to

The laundry room in the a building that’s actually one of the biggest things that’s underrated about our district you see over here there’s not only pin pong tables but there’s also study areas for new friends to hang out but if it’s also Friday night you guys can come in here KCK it and

Relax now I think it’s also one of the best areas cuz it’s right next to patio area which is all right next to to the hammock it’s kind of like a One-Stop shop kind chill or relax so right now guys we just just finished up being in

The patio and now we’re over here for the laat area the laat area is honestly even bigger than the one in dundy as it has two sets and two floors of laundry in my areas over here we have not only washers we also have dryers over there

And then we also have more washers and dryers over the side and come over here there actually really cool feature that most people don’t know about it’s actually a really small study room area over here we can use to hang with your friends has a great view of n

District so right now guys we’re actually be touring the gym and District so the gym district is actually really really compact we also have a lot of really cool features I want to show you guys something so right over here we actually the bikes you can use cycle and

Get someo in next if you your step the day you have those stair Masters and some Pate tal as well to trying to get your CL magic set now one my favorite part in our district is the ab workout and the petric areas as well the petric

Area is also accompanied by the one weight section which has ropes a Smith machine a dual leg press and hack squat machine some back and buy machines and of course just an assortment random machines to help you guide your workout finally we have a TV over here and a rowing

Machine so next up we have probably one of my favorite places in our district which is the lounge area now Lounge area is a little bit different than what most people think about when you think about our Lounge you most think about sofas some pool tables and of course a TV

There’s one feature that most people don’t know about which is the arcade machines the arcade machines are actually from local arcades in the area and they’re honestly really out as you guys can see they’re still functioning really really well and I honestly think that this is one of the

Coolest features of the district considering that it’s all free to use these as well all right guys now we’re going to be touring the study mat area over in the a building in your District so one of the things that this place has over any other residence hall

In UCR is that it not only starts with two floors for the stud Hall also has a kitchenet right there so if you guys are studying 8 hours and you want something in the microwave or a small hot pocket that’s right there for you next later on

We have the more casual areas going to a pool going to hang with your friends as well that’s right there for you guys as well next come over here we have one of my favorite areas which are the TVs the TVs actually have cable so you can watch CNN

To SpongeBob even Food Network over here and there’s not one but three TVs as well let’s come over here of the study rooms which I think there’s about eight or so as well and they’re completely private you actually have to cck your key fob to get in so let me show you

Guys how it works and over here we have a TV four chairs and of course you can hook up your HDMI there as well the next thing that I use a lot when I’m setting or if I just want to hang out and chill this is these sofa areas over here the sofa

Are is also accompanied by these ax and the printing area over here as well from over here you also have the small individual study sections and more Max in case you want more printing access or you just have don’t have your computer with you right now finally there’s a

Water fountain more small study areas as well and finally we end off with a nice scenic view of nor district and of course the map all right guys so now we’re going to be entering the music room over in nor District over in nor distri music room there actually about

Four ways for you to get your music talent in so most of the lounge areas are actually pretty similar to each other but one thing that stands out to me is not only just the configuration over here but actually the small sofa area here if you’re just a guy who wants to chill

And chat this is a great place for you if you don’t have a place to study then this is a great place as well so so one of the best features that I use all the time is the bike storage areas over in our district in our district departments actually have proba

One of the best back so I want to show you guys what’s up so right now they actually have rxs right here but one thing that a lot of people don’t know is that they actually have a secret gamer right there so you should be fine if

Anyone tries to see your bike there’s also internal security so the security guard is walking around here on Monday through Friday even on the weekends as well another thing that I want to know as well if you’re a scooter guy like a lot of people at UCR you actually want

Place to charger scooters right here can charge up overnight as there some all over here and they’re really convenient as the right next to the bike storage loger areas as you can see so right now guys we’re actually in the middle of A and B and between A and B there’s

Actually a small patio area a lot of people I don’t actually use l but here’s a couple tables and a small spot if you want to chill and relax and over there as you can it’s also a bigger area with some tables as well next to the market

So it’s a cool place if you want to chill or chat it’s also a great place if you just want to relax after a long D day at work all right guys so unfortunately unfortunately guys I wasn’t able to get any shots of the market and our district inside but what

I was able to do is that I was able to get some shots of the outside so let me show you guys the good Stuff all right guys so now we’re actually in the small patio area outside of the A and B building this is actually one of the places that is not used a lot especially if you consider that there’s actually a free fireplace around and a

Bunch of tables so if you want to get a barbecue in or just want to cook some meat on a Sunday night this what it’s here for so I highly recommend you guys use this if you guys are district but let me actually show you guys one of the

Aspects around this area as well actually a really really big patio area over here as well that you can use just chill relax and get some cinematic shots so why don’t actually show you guys how it looks so right now guys we’re actually in the package room in our

District over here it’s very similar to Amazon lockers if you guys know what that is so there’s different lockers you guys actually get a code when a package comes in the district guys can enter in over here and then you should be able to find out all your packages as well

There’s actually I think around five lockers or so so it’s a really convenient area and now that North District Department actually open from 8 to 12 every day so if you’re running late night it’s like like me or you’re waking up early in the morning you could
