My friend has a Nagasawa get stolen, and managed to get it back, however it appeared to have been in a front end collision (it was a brakeless track bike after all) when I was amazingly recovered by Tokyo police.
He luckily met Nagasawa-San who agreed to rebuild, the frame and forks and repaint back to new.
Cost about the same as a new frame from Nagasawa, but somehow well worth it.

I don’t see the problem here.. my steel colnago track bike looks pretty much like this. I’m sure you could also sell that fork to some fixie rider, they love that low rake and minimal clearance.
